You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Like Mind LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or Tools, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of another person.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
